Jason Vacker

Jason oversees leasing, management, construction and operation of the company’s 2.5 million-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio.

Noteworthy projects include the company’s restoration of 462 Broadway and lease to Jerusalem Venture Partners that established international cyber security and climate technology hubs in NYC and was recognized by AFRMC as the Commercial Real Estate Deal of the Year as well as the company’s redevelopment of 8 Times Square and flagship lease to Footlocker, which was recognized by REBNY as The Most Significant Retail Deal of the Year.

An active member of the NYC community, Jason is the Treasurer of the Flatiron NoMad Partnership (BID) and is a board member of the Times Square Alliance (BID), the SoHo Broadway Initiative (BID) and is former board member of YM/WREA. He is also a member of REBNY and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Jason earned his BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking from the Grainger School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
